Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Velo News mobile application (the "App") and website (the "Site") operated by Velo News ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 13, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for any activities or actions under your account.

2. Velo Pro Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each Billing Cycle unless you cancel it.

3. Content and Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Velo News and its licensors. Our content is provided for informational purposes only. We are not a news agency and do not create the source articles linked within the app. We provide AI-generated summaries and links to third-party content for your convenience.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the information provided is accurate, reliable, or correct; that the Service will meet your requirements; that the Service will be available at any particular time or location, uninterrupted or secure; or that any defects or errors will be corrected.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Velo News, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service, including AI-generated summaries and third-party articles; and (iv) any action you take based on the information provided by the Service. Your reliance on any information provided by the Service is solely at your own risk.
